Theresa Hansen

Theresa Laura Carmanico Hansen, age 75 of Terra, Utah passed away Friday, June 1, 2012 in Salt Lake. She was born November 7, 1936 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to Albert and Mary Cianci Carmanico. She married the love of her life and best friend, Fred Hansen July 18, 1964.

Theresa loved her family and had many friends she considered family. She was a tireless worker who loved to cook, crochet and knit. She also loved to travel and go on hunting trips with the family and cook for the whole gang. Everyone especially loved her raisin cookies, carrot cake and her famous spaghetti and meatballs. She will be greatly missed and leaves a big void to all who love and knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Fred, of Terra; children, Fred, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, David (Lisa), Mammoth, UT, Debbie (Tommy) Johnson, Ely, NV, Theresa, Terra, UT; grandchildren, Jesse (Mikeila), Pueblo, CO, Alexis, Terra, UT, Jake, Mammoth, UT, Lacey Christensen, Payson, UT; great grandson, Haygen Steele; brothers and sisters, Mary Ricci, Kathleen McCormick, Ann (Wayne) LaLande, Joe (Bonnie) Carmanico, all of Ottowa, Canada, Anthony (Wendy) Carmanico, of Leamington, Canada; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, June 5th at 1:00 pm at the Eureka Catholic Church, 100 No. Church Street. Friends may call at the Brown Family Mortuary, 66 So. 300 E, Santaquin, Monday 6 to 8 pm and Tuesday at the church one hour prior to services. Burial, Goshen Cemetery.
