Rosie Jameson

d. August 20, 2014

Listen to a recording of the service:

A broken heart was healed when Rosella Jameson left peacefully in her sleep to be with her husband Charlie, of 42 years on August 20th, 2014. "Rosie" was born December 11, 1948 in Casper, Wyoming to Roy and Lucy Havice Richardson. Rosie was blessed to have met her soulmate early in life and on July 3, 1970, Charles Jameson had made her the happiest girl in the world. Together they brought into the world four amazing children who soon made them into the world’s best grandparents.

Rosie lived for many things, but she was born to be a nurse. She worked as a nurse at the LDS, Nephi and for many years at Mountain View Hospital in Payson. She also dedicated her time to the Tintic School District as a nurse and a special education teaching assistant. She was a member of the LDS church and the Tintic Elks Lodges 711 where she once served as the Lady Elks President and as a Chaplain for the Elks. When Rosie was home she enjoyed sewing and doing crafts with her Grandchildren. She lived for the days that her family and friends got together and laughed and enjoyed nothing but each other’s company.

She was welcomed with open arms by her husband Charles Jameson, her mother Lucy Havice, father William Havice, and father Roy Richardson. She is survived by her children Kimberlie (Adam) Riley, Brandie (Kenneth) Miles, Dustin (Kathy) Jameson, Cody (Tamra) Jameson; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Services will be held Monday, August 25th at 11:00 am at the Eureka Elks Lodge where family will greet friends one hour prior to services.  Burial will follow in the Eureka Cemetery under the direction of Brown Family Mortuary, Santaquin.
