Roscoe Bradford

Roscoe Campbell Bradford  (Ross) 77 Died on April 8,2018 in Santaquin, Utah.  Ross was surrounded by loved ones. Ross was born on June 8, 1940 in Eureka, Utah to Rulon and Virginia Bradford. On November 6,1970 Ross married  Nancy Morgan Evans in Ely Nevada.

Ross and Nancy spent many happy years together and loved spending time with their  children and grandchildren. They enjoyed many years teaching 4-H and going to local area open and 4-h horse shows. Ross spent 37 years teaching the 4-h horse program in Goshen with Nancy.  He was a member of the Goshen valley Riding club. He also enjoyed being a show manager for the Utah Quarter Horse Association. Ross was a carded judge for several Breed registrations.

Ross became very involved in starting the Utah POA horse club and spent many hours working on the national board of directors for the national assoc. He had a great passion for the appaloosa horse and the POA's . He had a great opportunity  working with many different  authors on articles for the appaloosa magazine.

His greatest passion was helping his grand kids in showing POA's . Ross and Nancy traveled to many different states with the grand kids showing POA horses. And He enjoyed every minute of it.

If you ever struck up a conversation with Ross on horses or baseball you probably got to spend a little time with him. And if you mentioned the Yankees  you could see the smile grow on his face.

Ross retired from the Tooele Army Depot after 31 years. he worked part time for the Nebo school District in the Santaquin grade school. Ross also had a couple other part time jobs that He enjoyed.

Ross is survived by his wife, Nancy Bradford,  Three Children, Scott (Clarissa) Evans, Stacy (Craig) Ercanbrack, Mat Bradford, Twelve Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren.  Ross was proceeded in Death by his Parents,  and Brother John Campbell.

Funeral Services will be held, Thursday April 12th, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Goshen LDS Chapel.  75 S. Center Goshen, Utah.  Family and Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm at Brown Family Mortuary.  66 S. 300 E. Santaquin, Utah.  And from 9:45-10:45 am Prior to the Funeral Service.
