Philip Oliver Harvey died January 4, 2018 at the age of 37 in his home surrounded by many loving family and friends. Phil is survived by his grandmother, father, mother, two brothers and sister, and many other family and friends who loved him.
Phil was always someone who cared deeply for those around him. He had a strong testimony that God lives and he served an LDS mission in Independence, Missouri. He had a great love for the beautiful world that God has created for us. He always took great joy in fishing the clear rivers and lakes, hiking the majestic mountains, camping, hunting, and exploring. He was an artist who loved to draw fish and birds, build things with wood for himself and others, and enjoyed creating web pages.
He was born the first day of spring 1980. Even from a young age he was creative, curious and a big tease. He was one of those gifted people that could be good at almost anything. Unfortunately he was plagued by a terminal illness that took away his ability to do all of the things that he loved. This illness took his life, and we are so happy that he is now free of his disabilities but he will be greatly missed by all those who love him.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 9th at 1:00 pm at the Santaquin Orchard Cove LDS Church, 350 West 860 North, where friends may call from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm. Burial will follow in the Santaquin City Cemetery.
