Mark Francis O’Donnell, age 65 of Santaquin, passed away Sunday July 5, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was born in Buffalo, New York on March 28, 1955 to Robert William and Charlotte Patricia Ryan O’Donnell.
He married Isabel Rosado on April 17, 1992 in Toronto Canada. Mark was a CDL truck driver and drove cross country for 17 years for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Deseret Transportation). He delivered relief supplies to areas devastated by hurricanes and other natural disasters as well as to warehouses to deliver food for the needy. Mark had an impeccable record driving one million miles without ever getting a ticket or into an accident.
He is survived by his wife Isabel; children Jenny, Mark, Janel, Christian, Steven and Matthew; siblings Robert, Paul, Patricia and Jeffrey; and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held Friday July 10, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Santaquin North Stake Center, 545 North 200 East. A viewing will be held at the same location Thursday July 9th from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and Friday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Interment, Santaquin City Cemetery.
Following health department guidelines, masks and social distancing are encouraged for those attending. If unable to attend, please share a condolence or memory for the family.
