Larry Johnson

Larry "Bud" Johnson passed away December 3, 2010 in Payson at the Parkway Health Center where he had been rehabilitating from a fall.

He was born November 14, 1941 in Santaquin to Peter Lundgren and Ada Leone Sidwell Johnson. He was the seventh of eight children. He attended school in Santaquin and Payson High School. He served in the Army for two years. He worked for Nebo School District as a bus driver for 22 years and then as a custodian for 2 years until he retired. He loved animals, farming, basketball, baseball, hunting and fishing. He was a member of the LDS Church and held various positions of responsibility.

He is survived by five siblings: Marjorie Johnson and Archie Johnson, of Santaquin, Lola Larsen, of Midvale, Jonnie Robert Johnson, of Nephi, and Shirley Ferre, of Spanish Fork. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Norma Blanche Hansen and Stella Johnson.

Funeral services will be Monday, Dec. 6th at 11:00 am at the Old Santaquin Stake Center, 90 South 200 East. Friends may call at the Holladay-Brown Funeral Home, 66 South 300 East, Santaquin, Sunday 6 to 8 pm and Monday at the church from 10:00 to 10:45 am. Interment, Nephi Vine Bluff Cemetery.
