Our beautiful mother lost her best friend, her beloved husband, Kean Hunter Evans, who left this world on Sunday, September 1, 2013.
Kean was born July 18, 1961 in American Fork to Dave and Joan Farley Evans. He was married to our mother, Judy (Walker) Crawley Babb Evans for 32 years. Though he never had children of his own, through marrying our mother, he inherited many grandchildren and a great grandchild, who loved and greatly appreciated his many talents.
Kean worked in the auto body shop field in California and Utah for as long as his physical body would allow. Due to his ailments, he was able to take great care of his wife who also suffers with continuous health and physical issues. He was always by her side to make sure that she was comfortable and the love that they shared was always noticed by all. Kean and Judy resided in Provo for many years but had recently moved to Spanish Fork.
Kean is survived by his beautiful, loving wife, Judith Walker Evans, Spanish Fork; brother, Kevin Evans; 4 step-children, Michael Crawley, Jr, Morgan Hill, CA; Ken and Colleen (Crawley-Babb) deHaan, Hollister, CA; Lee and Vickey (Crawley-Babb) Madsen, Malad, ID; Loreen (Crawley-Babb) Hight, Provo. He will also be missed by 15 Grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren. Kean was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 7th at 11:00 am at the Spanish Fork 2nd Ward, 541 West Center, where friends may call from 10:00 to 10:45 am, under the direction of Brown Family Mortuary, Santaquin.
