John Edward Shook, age 87, passed away Thursday October 7, 2021 in Provo Utah. He was born February 26, 1934 in Oakland Oregon to Hiram Eugene and Louise Koski Shook.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Carol M Shook; children John Simpson and Tonya Barney; grandchildren Ashley and Ryan Sandman, Natasha, Naihlee, Neeshia Simpson; brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his children John, Keith, Naomi, and Thomas Matthew Simpson; and his grandson John Barney.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday October 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Santaquin Canyon Ward Building, 548 South 400 East. A viewing will be held Friday October 15th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Brown Family Mortuary and also Saturday from 9:45 - 10:45 am at the church prior to services.
