Donna Jane Selee Alexander, 62, died June 10, 2021. She was born March 14, 1959 in Manhattan, Kansas and moved many times as a child and as a military spouse. Donna graduated from Phoenix High School in Ashland, Oregon in 1977. She graduated from Cortiva Institute - Massage Therapy School in June 2019.
She is survived by her children: Katherine Joy Bills (Namon Dale), Brian Matthew Alexander (Camille Ruth), Steven James Alexander (Charleah Nicole), Nathan Daniel Alexander (Melissa Ann), Rebecca Marie Cluff (Weston Landen), Benjamin Lee Alexander, Amanda Raquelle Alexander, Emily Renee Alexander, and her siblings: Joyce Elaine Gambill, Larry Donald Selee, Annette Leona Allen, Edward Emitt Selee, and Nina Baldwin, and her grandchildren: Raelyn, Jackson, Christina, Dakota, Audrey, Jacob, Corbin, Adeline, and Miles.
Donna was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was an Organist, Choir Director, Young Women's leader and sunday school teacher. She frequently volunteered as a pianist in community high schools and middle schools. She was a gifted massage therapist and healer.
Donna loved to teach and perform music. She commonly participated in community theater and inspired many of her children to do so as well. She was an avid reader and was something of an autodidact. She liked taking road trips and was able to visit all 50 States. She was an earnest family history researcher. She enjoyed musicals, quoting movies and playing board games.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents Donald Lee Selee and Helen Jane Selee, and a son John Michael Alexander.
Very few were aware of the incredible hardships she experienced in life. Though she was far from perfect, she had a great desire to always do what was right. She was devoted to God and had a passion for truth. She had a tender heart and loved deeper than many realized. She shared her testimony with her soul.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Downtown Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 90 South 200 East, Santaquin. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Interment will follow in the Santaquin City Cemetery.
