Chad J Finch

With sadness in our hearts, we announce the passing of Chad J Finch, 55, of Santaquin, Utah, on March 21st, 2024. Born November 22, 1968, to Brad Finch and Bonnie Jarvis Finch, Chad entered the world fighting, a strength that served him well throughout his life. He had a special knack for making friends wherever he went, having been blessed with a larger-than-life personality.  He loved the outdoors: hunting, fishing, hiking and rock hunting most especially. He also enjoyed hitting the open road on his motorcycle, enjoying the scenery on his rides. Chad was a talented artist and loved to create paintings, wire sculptures and write poems. He was also a great guitar enthusiast. Above all things he loved his two precious fur babies, Destiny and Liberty.

Chad held many jobs, but his favorite was working for the Salt Palace, setting up events. He was able to attend many of the events as well, bringing along friends and family to enjoy the ride with him. His most recent job was West Rock in Spanish Fork, he really enjoyed the job and the friends he made along the way.

He was a Payson High School graduate, class of ’87 and attended Provo College. Chad was an advocate for the LGTBQ+ Community, spending countless hours in support of the rights of that community and believing everyone deserved equality and acceptance. He was also a member of the LDS Church.

Chad loved his family dearly and leaves behind his mother, Bonnie Finch. sister Tammy (Lolo) Bencomo, his two nieces, Anisa (Douglas) Turpin and Racquell (Adrian) Garcia and his great niece Hadlie and great nephews Asher and Nixon.

He was proceeded in death by his father, Bradford J Finch, grandparents, Adrian and Phillis Finch, and Larue B Jarvis and many aunts and uncles. What a reunion they are enjoying now!

That larger-than-life personality will be greatly missed.
