Angela Jones Crook, of Manti, Utah, passed away peacefully September 19, 2021 at home surrounded by loving family after a long, but noble battle with her health.
Born May 14, 1972 to Terry and Shauna Lee Johnson Jones in Frankfurt, Germany. Angie attended schools in Santaquin and Payson, graduating from Payson High School. Soon after she was married to the love of her life Ronald J. Crook in the Manti Temple on June 1, 1991. Angie served others her whole life. She believed in being generous and thoughtful of everyone. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, teacher and friend. Angie loved sewing, quilting, singing, baking, and most of all sharing. Her testimony of Jesus Christ was evident in everything that she did. Angie made a lasting impression on those around her and we can still see the evidence of that everyday.
Angie is survived by her husband Ronald Crook, children, Elyse (Joe) Ellis, Amber (Trevor) Alexander, Derek (Shiann) Crook, Tyler (Emma) Crook, Aaron Crook and Natalie Crook; grandchildren, Jaclynn, William and Bridgette Ellis; parents Terry and Shauna Jones; brothers and sisters, Nanette (Clint) Marshall, Matthew (Tiffany) Jones, Joshua (Roshawn) Jones and Tera Jones; grandparent Kathryn Greenhalgh; and mother-in-law, Kathleen Crook. She was preceded in death by a brother Nicholas Jones, grandparents Lawrence and Bernice Johnson, Aralda Jones and father-in-law James (Jim) Crook.
We would like to give a special thanks to Gunnison Valley Hospital Home Care, and to the many families that have blessed us with their love and care for Angie over the years.
